Hello! I am looking for a room to rent with 1-2 other roommates in either a house or apartment. I’m clean, neat, quiet, and friendly. I’d love to find a place in or near the Heritage Hill or Creston neighborhoods.

I’d be willing to sign a lease for 6-12 months but the flexibility of month-to-month is much preferred, since I’m not sure where my job will be taking me later this year. My job involves a combination of in-person and work-from-home with some travel.

I have allergies and prefer to live somewhere with no pets, and no burning incense or smoking cannabis indoors. That being said, I do love cats and would likely make an exception :-)
