Grace

We are quiet stay-at-home type people. Brandon likes to keep to himself and play video games when he isn’t working. I love to walk my dog, Tucker, during my free time. I love to cook, I am artistic, and I love plants. We do not party and rarely have guests over. We are rather tidy and would like to live with others who also clean up after themselves.

I go to bed early and watch comfort shows on repeat. We have lived with many types of people in many states (Brandon is a USMC veteran) and can live with just about anything so long as communication is involved.

We are looking to rent a house or apartment in Gainesville, GA and share some of the expenses with someone else as we don’t quite earn 3x the cost of rent for most places. It looks like the cost of rent is between 1300 and 1900 depending on a few factors and we have some flexibility in location and budget.

I do have a dog, Tucker, and a Tortoise. We would prefer to room with someone who does not have pets or children but depending on how individuals get along this too can be flexible.

We are very responsible with finances and have prompt communication and would expect the same from a roommate.
