I’m an easy-going roommate, non-smoker, minimalist, organic fanatic and self-taught medic. I also have a military mindset, am self-disciplined and I like to keep routines. Looking for a roommate who is pleasant, positive, also likes to keep common areas clean, and basically wants a nice comfortable home atmosphere. I like experimental cooking so I would prefer someone who is merciful if I burn things! I sing sometimes but could keep that to times when you’re not home! Also prefer we have our own bathrooms. I have a small footprint and don’t need very much space so if you have a higher budget and want to contribute more for better housing you’re entitled to the better room(s). Very comfortable with kids of all ages and family visits. Really seeking someone who is an open communicator who will be able to address anything as it comes. We don’t have to do things together but if you’re open to it on occasion, so am I. 🙂 I also have a sweetheart of a husky and she is in need of a playmate or playmates so if you have dogs it’s a major plus!
