I am a fully vaxed, 58-year-old professional. I have a hybrid position, as an executive assistant. So, I would like to work in my room.

I am an Empath, I meditate (TM) and exercise at the gym daily. So, I’m all about good energy. I truly do not like (or want to be around) drama. Life’s too short. I am extremely respectful and I understand boundaries. So, I will never violate your privacy. Your space is sacred. And, so is mine. In my current apartment, I only use the kitchen in the common areas. I don’t even use the living room.

I am not a homebody (except for work). I like to travel. Although I have a boyfriend in Sacramento, he has his own home. I prefer not to live with him, as his children live there and the space is too small for me to consider. He will only visit me on weekends - if ever. We usually take mini vacations, each month, for privacy.

My entire family is gainfully employed and responsible. So, there will be no issues of anyone ever coming over for a sleepover.

Some of the characteristics I am looking for in a roommate are:

1. Someone who believes in keeping the common areas clean (e.g. believes in washing the dishes every night, keeps the counters clean, and will share in the household responsibilities, etc.). I do not care if you keep your room messy, as long as you do not cause us to have roaches and/or rodents.

2. Someone who is responsible, empathetic, and considerate.

3. Someone who has a good work ethic (e.g. work at least 4 days out of the week) and doesn’t party every night.

4. Someone who is cool with the hours of 10:00P - 5:00A being ‘quiet hours’ for sleeping.

5. Someone who isn’t going to slowly move their significant other in, and then become the additional roommate - unless they are willing to start paying a portion of the rent.

6. Someone who doesn’t have an open-door policy for all friends and/or family. I like visitors, but I also like coming home to a peaceful environment.

You can be as young as 25 or as mature as 100 - or anything in between.

Lastly, I am willing to consider living with a man, as long as we both agree to be mutually background checked and fingerprinted. I hold a real estate license. So, I have already been background and fingerprinted.
