I am a 38 year old single mom with a 2.5 year old. I am an interior designer, business owner, creative type who is going through a divorce and needs a sanctuary during this time. My son will be in daycare full time and I will be working part to full time as I rebuild my business and work to supplement my income. I am very clean, responsible, educated, organized, able to help out, child-focused, ethical, positive, happy,compassionate, well traveled and fit. I have a very good vibe and so does my son and we will respect any property and likely leave it better than we found it! We love animals if you have them too. I am more than willing to help with errands, tasks around the home, light caregiving and babysitting.. Basically we just need a place to be while we sell our townhome in Oceanside and restructure our life. I have a love of design, music, travel, yoga, culture, fashion, photography and landscaping and DIY projects. I have worked with owners of and have designed estates from Solana Beach to Malibu. I just need a good spot with good vibes while I get some life details worked out. Thanks!
