I am in urgent need of private room to rent. Am very quiet. Gone all day. Hardly know I’m there. Need to move by December 4th. I’m going out of state for Christmas December 18th be back January 3rd. So for the first month I’ll physically only be around a couple weeks open to short or long term. Budget tight. $425 a month or less including utilities. I do not smoke drink or do drugs. I love animals. I don’t have one but enjoy being around them. I need a drama free place. I also do pet sitting/house sitting could do that in exchange for some of the rent
