We are Adam and Greg, two gents from the UK looking for a superstar room-mate (or two), to form a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment/condo share with.

Adam is a 25 year old recruiter from Leeds, moving to Miami at the start of January. In Adam’s words… I really enjoy meeting new people! I’m clean and very respectful towards housemates so I’m pretty easy to live with. I’m very friendly, social, and outgoing. I’m into my sport (golf, football, skiing etc) and music. Love food and drink and looking for someone like-minded who might enjoy going out to some nice bars and restaurants!


Greg is a 35 year old recruiter from London, also new to Miami (but already living here). In Greg’s words… I am a friendly guy that can’t wait to start exploring the city. I’m a clean, easy going, social, humorous kind of guy. My interests include sports, music, travelling, comedy, checking out local cultures, and food (if you can call that an interest). I’m really easy going and really approachable. Looking to share an apartment with some like-minded guys, girls, or a mix of the two.

• So why are we teaming up?

If you know Miami, you’ll already know that decent furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at an affordable price are non-existent. However, there are some incredibly nice furnished 3 or 4 bedroom apartments at a much lower combined budget.

Secondly, we just think it would be cool to live with a small group of people that all have similar interests, or are social and want to explore the city together. Living on your own can be lonely

• What are we looking for in an apartment share?


We are looking for a modern 3 or 4 bedroom apartment. Our budget is ranging from $1500 to $1800 per person (which should get us a really nice place)
. We are looking for apartments that are in the Brickell or Downtown area. Fully furnished with a communal area to chill and watch TV, a decent area where we can all sit down and have a meal, a decent size kitchen so we can cook, a washer/dryer in unit, 2 or 3 bathrooms, Gym and Pools as part of the accommodation, a balcony, and somewhere that has all bills included as part of the rental costs (cable TV, internet, gas, water, electricity and air conditioning).

No Pets, No Smoking In The Apartment. No Kids.

 No Couples.

• Contract length?


This will probably be a 12 month contract, BUT people can be replaced on contacts at an earlier date if a suitable replacement that fits the dynamic of the house is found, and they pass any credit checks needed to qualify as a replacement.

• About the roomies

What we are looking for in new house mates Ideally 1 or 2 friendly and sociable people between the ages of 25 and 35, that are like minded and have some of the same interests as above. This could be two guys or two girls; we’ve both lived in mixed households before and appreciate both dynamics. Must be someone that has a bit of personality and not someone that’s going to be a recluse.
