Currently looking for a place to rent with my friend in or near oceanside. We both work full time and have been renting rooms for a while now so we can be depended on when it comes to paying on time. Looking for another roomie to possibly rent a 3 bedroom place or even a host who has a place with 2-3 bedrooms open. We are super friendly and enjoy going out and being active whether it be going to the gym, riding dirtbikes, surfing, hiking, concerts, etc. We both have a budget of around $1000 each monthly.
