Age:23 Occupation: Business Development Manager & Property Manager / Notary Public Company: Real Property Management Agile Hours: 9am-TBD

• I sometimes work 8 hour days and other days I work 10-12 hour days. On a few occasions I work 6 hour days. Basically, I make my own hours but receive a salary regardless.
• Most days I am in our San Clemente office but at least 3 days out of the week i am traveling all across Orange County. I have the ability to work from home some days if it makes sense given an appt might be closer to home than in San Clemente near the office.
• I have been with the company for 7 months and plan on staying long term Lease term: I would really love to stay for 1+ years until I can afford to buy a home. I have like 3+ years until that’s possible so I’m pretty much long term. Assuming I can make it happen in that time frame 🙏🏼 Reason for relocating: I live with my parents and It’s time for me to grow. Plus the hours I work worry my mom so I need to be able to work as much I need to stress free. Its time to leave the nest. Personality: I am very outgoing in terms of business. Socially, I am very close to my parents and don’t have a close close friend. I’m very career oriented and my boss plans on making me part owner of the company in a few years so I don’t have time to slack or waste. Goals: Buy land, have a family, and help my mom not work anymore (she doesn’t like her job). Hope this helps!
