Hi there! I’m Kim and I’m a 3D character artist at SuperGenius Studios, which means I make 3D assets for mostly video games. I work from home, although I don’t plan to forever - just until I get enough experience to qualify for more opportunities.

I’m an introvert and tend to keep to myself. I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and want a roommate that has those qualities as well. I have a 6 year old cat named Mae and she acts as an emotional support animal. She’s very skittish and people shy but can get used to others in her own time. She gets flea repellent and claw trimmings regularly, sees a vet and gets vaccines at least once a year, and is generally well behaved, save for knocking pens and headphones off of tables when she’s being ignored. She’s lived with other cats and I know her well enough to get her used to dogs if need be. I love animals so other pets are welcome!

I’m not really controlling about you or your life, as long as you clean up after yourself and can solve problems with maturity that’s really all I need. You can make your own choices for your space, your appearance, whatever. I believe in accepting people for who they are :) The only thing I can’t tolerate is drugs, including weed. It’s something I would rather not live with, and my cat has some lung issues that make smoking a problem for her.

I’m looking for an unfurnished master bedroom and prefer just one roommate, so something like a 2 bed 2 bath apartment where we each have our own room is ideal, but I’m open to other arrangements. I plan on moving any time after December 2023, but I’m happy to plan ahead if you’d like to reach out to me!
