Hi! 68 year old single lady. I own a house in The Villages and it’s leased though March 31, 2023. So I am looking for a rental from 1/7/23 thru 3/31. I do not smoke, not a partier, clean, no pets, but adore them and will love yours. (I’ve owned dogs, cats, horses and chickens.) A private bedroom and private or shared bathroom would be fine. Living in TV full time will be a new experience for me, as my place has been a rental for 3 years. I prefer to be south of 44, but open to all areas with a room mate who is easy to get along with and usually keeps a quiet home. Since my home is fully furnished, I will not be bringing much with me. I have a clean record and credit score of about 800. I will be in TV from Nov 28 through Dec 2 and hope we can meet during that time. Linda
