I am looking for two rooms to rent for my teenage son and I for the next 18mo-two years. I am a full-time PA student and my son is a junior in high school. My husband and two other children are in Oklahoma, but my son and I are here so he can graduate and I can get through my schooling here. I can’t work while in school, so I can’t afford a lot. I am capable of helping out with house projects or caregiving needs of the homeowner to help pay for rent or reduce rent. I’m happy to share more details upon meeting. My son is a super dedicated student and is not visible much of the time while home and is super quiet. I am a super respectful and clean person and will be focused on my studies much of the time and then busy with clinicals. I am hoping for a home that is clean and quiet and full of mutual respect.
