I’m from NY, super new to the area. So ready for change….Most likely won’t have a partner with me which is okay… I plan on school next semester. I’m into “fashion” and Jewelry. But looking to study in the medical field for pediatric nursing . Looking for an opportunity for a fresh start being around the right people even though I’m looking for something more private. But willing to participate in any house / roomie rules and respect. All family is in NY. Homesick but alwaays knew west coast is where I was meant to be. Always available for helping my potential roomie (elderly/kids/babies/assistance)
