Hi! I’m AJ. I’m 28, Male, Gay, He/His, single occupant. I’m currently at the end of my Lease with my roommates and I’m looking for a room to rent or a new roommate situation. I’m a student going to ARC for a Commercial Music degree. Currently on Unemployment because of COVID but will be looking for a Part Time job once I’m moved into a new place. Also receiving Financial Aid. A little about me: I’m pretty much a quiet person, I usually stay to myself so I’m not really in the way. I’m a music major so you can usually find me in my room with headphones on making a new DJ Mix or listening to music to settle my spirit. I’m a gamer, Switch/Xbox/PS4, and I LOVE Pokemon. When it comes to a roommate I would get along with someone who is chill and likes to binge watch tv, maybe you are also single and we can talk about our boy/girl problems, if you love Pizza and Tacos we can definitely enjoy my cooking as well! I tend to dislike people who love to party and be wild. As much as I advocate for freedom and fun, I don’t do drugs & rarely drink, I tend to stay in the lane of an edible to relax and do my music every now and then. I’m a night owl most of the time, so I apologize in advance if I’m up using the restroom in the middle of the night lol I drink a ton of water. Preferably just looking for someone who’s decently clean and fairly organized. I think I’m someone who can adjust to a lot of different personalities so if all of the above sounds like someone you can live with, let’s meet and talk! Time is of the essence!
