I’m mainly interested in looking to team up with someone to rent a house

Hey, I’m currently living on my own in Mission Valley in a one bedroom apartment and I’m honestly looking to move into some place bigger. I pay about 2.5k right now for rent for the past 3 years and would like to actually be lower so I could save/invest more of my money. My plan is rent towards a house with at least 3bd 2bath and a 2 car garage. I’ll pay for 2 of the rooms and garage if you’re only interested in just a room and a parking spot. My credit score is 750+ and my income is very stable and secured. I also have costco and sam club membership that you could use.

A little about myself; I own a lot of crap so that’s why I would like to pay majority of the rent since ill be using most of the space. I have a couple of guitars, electric drumkit, keyboard, TV, furniture, 2 cars, a motorcycle, tools, pots and pans, plates, etc. I do plan on owning a small dog in the near future as a heads up. My girlfriend who lives in my hometown in Bakersfield, would visit sometimes. I also tend to visit Bakersfield on the long weekends. For the most part I’m pretty respectful of boundaries and privacy, in fact I make it a point to be made. I don’t care if you have guest over or if you’re a couple, but I would just ask be respectful of the time a noise level. Smoking is fine, only outside obviously, light vaping inside is okay though. I’m pretty clean and organized, and I cook and clean for myself often. On my spare time away from work, I’m playing with my instruments, working on my car, gym, watching anime/tv, doing chores, and sleeping to be honest hah.

I’m laid back, self-aware, responsible, and understanding. So basically, I pay all my bills on time, I’m mindful of what I do, and love to laugh. Anyways, lets meet up see if we vibe or not so we can get this house. hah.
