Hi there, I am respectful, good hearted, have a good sense of humor, and honor boundaries. I would like to share a stand-alone house, rather than an apartment, and it must have reliable internet service for my work. I record voice over during the day and am also focused on other creative endeavors like writing and songwriting. I’m friendly, but not overly “needy” in a social way. I keep shared spaces clean, expect the same, and prefer clear, open communication. I do work from home, so I need to find a roommate who works away from home during the day, so my need for quiet doesn’t infringe on their living patterns. (Recording voice over requires that the house be extremely quiet while recording.) I prefer living in a quieter area with less neighbors, not on a busy road, and not near an airport. Sound is a thing. :-) I also love all the beautiful nature of western North Carolina and southwest Virginia and hope to stay in or around the mountains. I’m open to sharing a house anywhere within 2 hours drive of Asheville. I prefer no smoking of any kind in the house.
