hi im jay 33 single quiet clean was in a uhaul for 3 days and now im in my car i just want to find a safe and clean place. very respectful and ask for the same. if theirs any issues to communicate and find a resolution. looking to see if we’re a fit ready to move in today and pay. also if you ever need help around the house or anything fixed i would gladly help and appreciate the opportunity to be a potential roommate in your residence. also if it doesnt work out for whatever reason i will gladly leave on or before last day of lease or agreement. call or text to discuss a time to look at your hopefully awesome sauce room/house 🙃. im going to school for engineering at efsc. and cnc certification. im also interested in investing/trading. I have been doing self help for over 10 years now to work on myself and continue to grow.i have no pets, i dont smoke cigarettes, no gf. i can work on cars if it tries to commit suicide 😂
