Seeking living accommodations to save money. If needed, I can provide receipts from current rental to prove I can pay. I’ll only do a credit check if we’re linking up to co-sign for something together. I can also do a background check, I have nothing to hide, the only criminal history you will find will be a few marijuana violations. (Keeping it real) I am NOT interested in a padsplit, other words I’m not interested in anything that has more than 2 current tenants (roommates).

There’s some key things I need to know up front just to see if we’re really roommate compatible. We may not be sharing a room, but still sharing space. I just want to make sure once I find a place there will not be any conflicts nor will it be a waste of time, money, & effort. I am weary of people, its not all about trust, but compatibility. A clean person & a nasty person can not live together. I have been offered accommodations from scammers, people with wild guidelines & requirements, people living foul. People who probably was already behind on mortgage or rent, etc. I also have been offered accommodation from those that seem to be a good match & for those I emailed back never confirmed if the environment was insect free. Simple yes/no

If you got medical conditions, hence seizures, allergies (such as shellfish/tree nuts), diabetes, bipolar, etc. tell me please. I do NOT want to find out you have seizures at the moment it happens🤷🏽‍♂️. I have nothing against your medical issues, however I do feel it’s important to know as a roommate, so if there’s an episode or a medical issue I’ll know what to tell 911. I’m not in the medical field obviously, however I am a good advisor, if you need some mental clarity.

Anyway, I’m very very chill, laid back. No kids, no drama. I’m very likable & 420 friendly. Slight OCD, not extreme, but I do have a tendency to keep things clean, neat, organized. I’m not a talkative person & I do have my quiet moments, yet easy to talk to (as long as you make sense). Very skilled and talented in many areas (besides working on cars or my website).
