I am quiet and do not like any drama. I work a lot so when I come home I just prefer peace and quiet. I’m hoping to get back into school even at my age LOL. I have no significant other and do not entertain. My children and grandchildren live in the area so i’d like to stay close to them. I enjoy the beach, reading, and anything new that might be happening in town. Because i’m in healthcare I have a level 2 background check required every 6 months. I have excellent references both personal and professional. I do have a small dog 12 lbs, that I would hate to have to part with since I rescued him 11 years ago. Very familiar with the real estate / rental market in Venice so would be happy to team up with somebody to find the perfect place.
