I am a teacher/tutor also ABA Therapist who must take a pay cut next tax season and so I am looking to reduce and simplify my lifestyle.

I usually start my day with 1 - 2 cups of coffee. I drink alcohol maybe once a year on special occasions. I’m pretty disciplined and try to respect people’s space and would hope that this gesture would be returned, in trade.

I value cleanliness, I was a Marine for 4 of my formative years and while I’m not a nut who inspects spaces with a white glove I want to be clean so that I stay healthy and working.

I am good with most repairs and like to DIY because I learn more, I can ensure it is done correctly, and it makes me feel self sufficient.

I enjoy silence. I enjoy nature.
