Hi, I am a single man that has no pets or kids. But you if have them I don’t mind and will respectfully interact at low level since kindly they are not my responsibility. Does not trouble me to help once in a while if you are in a pinch with them. I drink A beer on occasion, I don’t do drugs or smoke pot, I am 420 friendly. I consider myself a clean man and pick up after myself. I like a clean organized home. I am not a great cook, but I try. I catch myself walking/hiking more since it’s a great time to reflect with nature. I plan to read and explore more as I will not have the responsibility to maintain 5 acres and an aging home. I hope to find a roommate that can carry a respectful conversation and is genuinely a nice person.
