Hey y’all, I’m a 36 year old customer service representative for a mailing and printing company in Framingham. I am seeking a room for a year’s lease/month-to-month tenancy. My budget is $1,000 per month, including all utilities and WiFi.

I am an openly gay male so you must be open-minded and friendly towards the LGBTQ+ community. I am also 420 friendly, and while I respect people’s different opinions, I do expect all roommates to - in general - be on the same page as me with respect to these positions I’ve taken. I am clean & tidy, enjoy cooking, and like to get to know my roommates. I’m a social butterfly, but when I’m home, I do prefer a quiet place where the homebody in me can emerge and relax after a busy day at work.

I LOVE PETS OF ALL KINDS! It’s my dream to move somewhere that I can live amongst cats and dogs, and if I could get one of my own, that would truly make my life complete. Of course, I understand not every place is pet friendly, but if you are, you will zoom to the top of my list 💯😊
