I have homes in Lakeland and in Georgia but work brings me to Volusia and Flager so often staying in hotels to keep from driving. I am rarely home, do not have guests over, no pets, no smoking, drinking but don’t judge. I do need internet access and prefer furnished. I eat plant based which means I do not cook and I am OCD clean. Please feel free to ask questions but have owned homes since 18 and have owned many rental properties so I know how to care and respect others.
