Hello. My move in date is April 1st, or soon thereafter. I am a professional needing a bedroom and a office space. I do have a dog. She’s 14, very well trained and a very sweet old lady. I want to live with people that I can communicate with and who find positivity in life. I’m not looking for a best friend. However, I want to live with people that I will consider friends.

I consider myself to be a great roommate who understands and respects communal living. I keep things tidy and clean. I love animals. I’m also a reliable roommate, paying rent and bills on time. I believe in respecting the space and privacy of my fellow housemates. I’m easy to get along with and don’t stir up drama. I’m employed as a video producer and legal videographer, which is reliable and consistent. When not working, I go to the gym, like to hike, and enjoy what Colorado has to offer. I play by the rules, and don’t bring any parties back. I do enjoy having a night out here and there, but in an adult way. Let me know if we can continue this conversation.
