62 year old widowed female - gainfully employed as well as owner of small business I am looking for a 1-1 1/2 year home stay while I determine where and what type of living arrangements I desire. I would prefer the Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville area but will consider each option out of that area carefully.
I enjoy various activities as well as evenings in with a good book and good music. I am extremely quiet, peaceful and clean. I recycle and am conscientious of my carbon footprint. I am a non smoker and social drinker. I can provide both rental and employment references and pass a background check. I love animals but currently do not have any dog/cat family members. I am looking for a 3/1/23 move in date but am flexible to both earlier or later if I find accommodations that fit. I am looking to stay around $1000 -$1300/month Dependable internet & private bathroom are priorities~
