I am retired from a career with NIKE, Ruffwear and Rogue Ales. I have a daughter who works for Aya Healthcare and lives on Cass St. I have my youngest daughter who lives in Woodland Hills and is a nanny for a private family. I would not be there full time as I would also be spending time in Oregon. I am an avid runner (at least an hour a day) and I also bike. I did live in San Diego (Point Loma) for two years but moved back to Oregon when Covid exploded. Happy to share more. I will be down Oct 1-12 and November 21-Dec 3. Cheers, Gary
