Hi, A little about me… 40yo/F. Work for a local mechanical contractor in the Bellevue area and I have been in my current house for 3 years - that comes with a wonderful reference upon request. I enjoy plants/gardening, yoga, SUP, hiking, movies, exploring, music junkie, along with being outside & on the water. But also like to stay in also. Love great conversation & also value my privacy and respect that of others. I am an early riser and get to sleep fairly early. A little about Rico…he is a rescue, 3 years old & 9lbs. He is relaxed during down time and is a well-mannered Chi/Terrier mix. He is very sweet & I haven’t seen him meet anyone he didn’t like. He is also properly socialized with other dogs & people. Oh, and a small yard, maybe fenced and/or natural sunlight in the space is a huge plus! I appreciate your time and please reach out with any questions. Thank you.
