Hello. I am a 40-year-old female from Canada looking for a room for one or two months in the winter. Possibly longer. I would only be there very occasionally and it would either be just me or me and my man. Very quiet, professional, non-smoker, no drugs, no parties. I live full-time in Canada so would just be using occasionally as a vacation from the cold. Feel free to Airbnb the room on the days I’m not there as I would certainly be able to give you notice when I am not there.
