TL;DR Warning: I know this is long for some people, but I am a very detailed person and want this information to be here for people who want it. If you don’t want it, then stick to the first and last paragraphs.

Heyo! I am a peaceful, quiet, respectful, easy going guy with good references. I’m an introvert in disguise, meaning I typically keep to myself, but I am polite, kind, sociable, and can banter when in the presence of others. If we vibe enough and get comfortable the jokes and roasting will ensue for good fun only so long as it is welcome. That is my natural personality, but I treat people however the heck they want to be treated and expect the same. A critical part of my business was training people to feel comfortable with them in a clients home for an extended period of time, so roomie situations are pretty easy for me if we’re a good fit. I just want everybody to be comfortable.

I owned and operated a successful small residential cleaning business pre-pandemic, but during the worst of it I was faced with a tough decision of laying off a handful of wonderful independent contractors (some or most of which were single mothers), or giving them my clients they were servicing outright, allowing them to keep 100% of the profits in order so that they could survive the worst of the pandemic because the future was very uncertain . I chose the latter and kept a stable paddock (punny hehe) of recurring reliable customers to service for myself to stay afloat, but unfortunately not enough to keep my Buckhead high-rise condo. Talk about being humbled. 10 years of building a business and POOF! Damn you, Pandy! In retrospect I made a hasty decision, but now I get thank you letters forwarded around Christmas from former employees who have started their own successful businesses, so that’s nice. If you have a good housekeeper(s), just know that the cleaning industry is BRUTAL and it is NOT an easy job or business to run. Please treat them kindly and tip if they deserve it!

Shortly after I also started delivering for UberEats to supplement my income and also just to get out of the home. I eventually got enough deliveries that they are now paying for my tuition at Arizona State University Online (yeah they actually do that, surprisingly enough). I am pursuing a bachelors in Information Technology almost full-time and working part-time still servicing the same reliable clients, and still delivering for Uber to maintain tuition coverage status. I make a median salary working part-time more than enough for rent, food, and phone bill. I own my car outright.

I’ve had two landlords/roomies since I unfortunately had to sell my condo, both of whom will give me glowing reviews as I’ve always payed on time and am extremely respectful of others peoples space. Occasionally I am considerate enough to offer to pick up some food for us on the way home incase you haven’t eaten, and will buy TP, paper towels ect. to share unprompted. I also clean up after myself immediately, and again, I am very quiet. Anyways this is already TL;DR for some peeps despite the warning because attention spans are at an all time low these days, so, peace up! A-town down!
