I’m looking for someone nice and friendly. A roommate but a kind acquaintance or friend. I’m organized and clean. Used to doing more cleaning than cooking. Although 66 i’m energetic and in good health. If they roommate needs help with doing things; I hope rent for 600.00 would be acceptable. Hopefully; my future roommate likes swimming, going to movies or theater and doesn’t mind a family members or boyfriend coming over occasionally.
