Hi, my name is Sean and I’m 22 years old. I’m looking to move into the University City area or nearby with other guys, preferably around my age, at the beginning of October. My budget is around 1200 a month w/o utilities, preferably cheaper, for my own room with no preference on bathroom. A little about me is I just graduated with a BS in mechanical engineering from UC Irvine and am moving to the area to begin my career. I like visiting theme parks, photography, going to the beach and hanging out with friends.
