24 year old guy looking for room/apt for rent 700/under in Riverside.Work 2 jobs. Looking to move in by the end of September. Looking for a room with a bathroom for myself, but can share a bathroom with another tenant depending on with each space. Looking for other tenants/roommates that are close/somewhat near my age. Also lgbtqia+ is a plus but not a necessity I need. Great at keeping my space and spaces I share with others clean. Helping partake in whatever responsibilities in house/apt. Paying rent on time. Great with introverts and extroverts.Whether that means helping whatever party you’re throwing or not being too rowdy on a night-in.
