Hi! My name is Dillan, and I work as an aerial teacher and performer based in NYC. I am looking for a new place with some laid back and kind roommates for me and my 3 year old cat, Bowie. I am an easy going person when it comes to a living situation; it’s important to me to have a stable, respectful, positive home environment but otherwise I’m not too particular about things. I am generally tidy but I don’t expect things to be neat all the time (though I do appreciate having an agreed upon chore schedule). I like to have my solo time and I spend a lot of time out of the house, but I also really like to have a friendly relationship with roommates. I hope to live in a place where everyone feels comfortable with occasional guests, music at reasonable volumes/ hours, and enjoys the company of a friendly and chill cat. Also, its important to me to live in a space that doesn’t smell like a cat lives there; I am very diligent about cleaning his liter box. In my last place we hid it in a hallway closet that could be left ajar and it seemed to work perfectly so something like this would be ideal for me. I’m open to us living with another animal if we all worked together to make sure this was a good match for all creatures involved.
