Hi I’m Eva, I am currently in SoCal trying to get back home to Humboldt. I have been turned down left and right for not being a student or for having a dog. I have excellent personal, landlords, and pet references. I am genuinely a nice person, though I tend to keep to myself. I am a clean person, don’t leave a mess. I’ll be mostly there to sleep when I am not working. Occasionally I’ll be gone on the weekends, or during the week if I visit my friends. Don’t have guests over. No drugs. I vape but I am respectful about it. Not inside and/or near anyone without their permission.
