Hi, I am Mark and my dog’s name is Harley. We recently moved from Chicago to escape its brutal winters. We are looking to rent a private room (unfurnished or furnished) with a private unattached or attached bathroom (ideal). I work as an onsite condominium property manager in the Encino area Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and usually will not be home during that time unless I take the day off. When I am not working I enjoy going hiking, going to the beach, working out, swimming and exploring Southern California. I am a single gay cis man that is 48 years old. I am fairly quiet and very clean. Harley is very well behaved and housebroken and does not howl like most Beagles. Harley is also very friendly and gets along with most other dogs.
