Hello, Steve Fresques here… looking for a room to rent as soon as possible. I’m currently in an apartment in Moreno Valley, sharing a two bedroom with another roommate. I’m a 44yo man that is gay, on total permanent disability/retired (I do smoke marijuana medically and daily for my disability which I would do outside) and on a fixed income from SSI (supplemental security income), so I can pay my rent on time every month, reliably. I am available to move by October 1st, if possible. I just want a clean, quiet, stable place of existence, as I wait for Section 202 housing that I have applied for locally, however the wait list is 2 to 3 years so I could be a long-term tenant.
