My name is Ben and I’m currently looking for a room to rent, my current lease is coming to an end at Axis in Delray Beach at the end of this month. I am a 24 (about to be 25) year old professional that works full time. I am a full time sales rep for Mayors at the Boca TC mall. I basically work all the time but when I’m not working I love to workout, listen to music, play the piano, cook a little bit, and spend time with my girlfriend. I’m a homebody by nature, very lowkey and not a party animal by any means. I’m a people person and a clean & considerate roommate as well. I have no pets, no history of drug or alcohol abuse (I am 420 friendly however) and I will not have any problems being on time with rent payments. I hope to hear back from you guys soon!
