Hello My name is Brian. I’m a divorced Dad of many years. We have a beautiful daughter who just entered the 6th grade at Notre Dame Prep. I’ve been a professional musician / lead singer for 2 well known bands since the 90s in the tri-state area. Just perform part time now. I’m a recovering patient of Crohns disease that I dealt with most of my adult life. Very happy to say now I’m basically Crohns free after my 3rd and final major surgery in 2014. Because of all that I am currently on disability but I’m now able to work at moderate levels full and part time with the contractor I’m currently working for. I’m a very clean, neat and organized tenant. Looking for a very comfortable room or apartment within a house or complex to rent.
