Hello, I am 23 years old, originally from LA. I moved to NorCal for school in 2016. I like to watch movies, go to concerts, and I am always up for a hike or some type of adventure. I really want to travel, but right now I’m really focused on school and trying to become a dental hygienist.

I am friendly, clean, and very considerate. I am very flexible, adaptable, and understanding, so don’t ever be afraid to talk to me about something. I work a lot, so I am only really home at night and then morning. I go to school on my days off from work, but if I am home, I usually hangout in my room. I do have a boyfriend, he is super sweet, very considerate and friendly, like me. Sometimes he will sleepover. Although, I am seen as friendly or bubbly, I do know how to keep myself if you prefer that. However, if you like to be friends and hangout, I am definitely up for that as well.

The earliest I can move in would be July 1st and the absolute latest would be July 31st. For stay length, I am really looking for 6 months minimum and 12 months maximum. The $900 is all bills included, Not $900 plus utilities. If you have a room available, I am interested in an unfurnished room because I have a complete bedroom set. I have a really strong renters history, plenty of references, so if you want to Teamup, I am definitely open to looking into renting an apartment or house. I feel I should not have to say this, but just to be clear: ONLY reply or message me if you are nice, clean, and reliable! We don’t have to be best friends, but this living agreement goes both ways.
