I’m looking for 1-2 females over 35 years old that are interested in teaming up on a house share splitting rent and utilities 2 or 3 ways. I’ve found rent for a decent place in a nice area in Pensacola is currently too high for one person to afford. I would like to find a nice place an easy distance to work. I work near Milton and would prefer a short commute in the morning. I am responsible; I work full time. I have a vehicle. I pay my bills. I don’t smoke. I have good morals and integrity. I believe in communication and treating others with respect and kindness. My ideal roommate(s) should share these attributes and be responsible, mature adults, with NO Drama, have reliable transportation, full time employment, and not abuse drugs or alcohol. I also have an older, very sweet female rescue so must be okay with dogs. Prefer no cats because I’m allergic.
