I keep to myself. I don’t do drugs and barely drink. So I’m not a party person, but I’m a person who works, has good references from previous landlords, pay my rent on time, and, help out, and also I’m a people person. Even though I listed my budget price $1000 I can go higher to $2000. I’m looking for a place not far from A1A Ocean Boulevard, and Atlantic Boulevard on the East side of Federal highway US 1, also this place must have a pool, and all bills included, because I plan to stay for 24 months or more. The place I’m staying at is a great location, but paying hotel cost around 4000 dollars every month. I work for UNFI a company in Pompano Beach. I work from 10am till the daily work gets done, which can mean over 10 hour shifts Sunday through Thursday. Once I find a nice comfortable place, I have a history of staying many years, because I know that people who share and rent a place enjoy having a Tenant or roommate stay for a long time without the hassle of looking for another tenant or roommate. I am also what you call a yahti, I help and work on boats, on weekends. In the future, I am eventually trying to work in Pittsburgh during the warm months, and come back to Pompano Beach Florida and work here for the cold months, so yes, I’m trying to become a snowbird. Also, the fact, the company I work for is located in both city areas. Before I leave, I will pay in advance the months I am gone that way, not only will I have a place to stay at both city areas, but also the renters will not lose any monthly payments.
