We are Eli (Josie) and Timothy. We are a couple looking for a room to rent for up to $1,200 and are planning on moving in mid-August. We are looking for a room in either Hudson, New Port Richey/East, Port Richey, or Odessa until we find our own home. We are a simple and pretty accommodating couple, who will clean up after ourselves, we usually keep to ourselves, but if help around the house is needed, then we are willing to assist. Pets are not an issue at all. We don’t have a pet, but we live well with both dogs and cats. We will adhere to all the rules and conditions that come with living in your home.
