I’m currently looking for something relatively short term with possibility of longer term later down the line. I am currently living in a hotel due to my previous dwelling being struck by lightning, which caused a total electrical failure. I’m looking short term because my career is in a state of flux (complicated story). I don’t have substance abuse issues, I don’t have credit issues, I don’t have a criminal record. When I’m not trying to get my employment situation handled, I’m usually reading or going to the gym. I have documentable cash.
