Hi, I’m looking for a clean and quiet non-smoking/no pet roommate who is LGBT+ friendlyto sign a lease with me at the end of August/first week of September. I’ll furnish everything except for your bedroom. I’m looking at two-bedroom places anywhere in the Austin area and hoping to find a place to split that’s 1650 max and relatively safe. However, I can’t apply anywhere without a cosigner.

A bit about me: I’m a 34 year old queer person and l’m very clean and quiet. I rarely have people over and they never spend the night. I don’t have any pets and I don’t smoke. I work full time from home and tend to keep to myself. I spend a lot of time reading and sometimes writing or drawing. Fun tidbit–I make my own soap and am happy to share.
