Hey there! :) My name is Jeremy - I’m 34 years old and am looking to rent a room in the Valencia area. I was doing the vanlife/buslife thing for a couple of years but recently got a very lucrative job in the area and need a place to stay while I get things rolling. I have a cat named Chaz who would be staying in the room with me - he’s a long black-haired fuzzball who’s only crimes in life are loving to chat and loving a lap! I’m very go-with-the-flow and rarely ruffle feathers. I’m very conscious of living with other people in terms of things like making sure the kitchen is clean after using, respecting quiet times and boundaries, and making sure there’s always open communication to be sure roommates are on the same page.
