Hello potential roomie or roomates

My name is Melissa and I’m 35 years old. I’m originally from Cape Town, South Africa but I’ve lived in America for 23 years now. For the most part I’m a very down to earth and friendly person. I keep to myself but I also enjoy making new friends and being around kind and positive energy. I’m extremely clean and respectful of my environment at all times. You won’t find me smoking or drinking as I’m just not interested in any of that. Nor am I interested in parties or craziness. I’m just a very laid back person who isn’t in to drama or negativity. :)

Just need a safe place to stay until I get my feet back on the ground. Rent will always be paid on time and I’m extremely dependable and reliable.

I’m very big on communication so no questions or concerns are silly to me. I’m always open to talk about anything.

I like to consider myself to be quite quirky and unique. I’m not really one to follow the crowd or the latest trends. I love anything that has to do with the 90s …. And I mean, anything. Music, movies you name it. I adore the Spice Girls. Don’t judge me. ;)

I’m also a HUGE animal lover. Cats and dogs, every animal really…. So if you have pets, that’s an even bigger plus as I will love them as if they were my own.

Besides that my budget is around $400-$500 … and I hope someone will be understanding enough to reason that with me.
