Hello, mature full time male workers looking to rent a room/rooms. We both stay to ourselves and have no visitors due to we go out to our families to enjoy family time. one works 9-5 Thurs-Sunday, other works 6pm-330am Mon- Fri. Pet is 19lbs 15 year old house trained that stays in the room. Looking to be blessed with a safe environment, quality living, and kitchen/laundry privileges. Hoping to work out a deposit (if asked) payment plan and a monthly of 650 or less that would include utilities. We would pay for our own cable if necessary and wifi.
