I am currently housed with a roommate of 4 years but it is becoming an increasingly more toxic & insufferable situation and I have decided that it is time to pursue a more peaceful & compatible arrangement. First off, I am 34 years old, single & no children. I do have a cat of 10 years and she is non negotiable. She is fully indoor & house trained but as an indoor cat she is used to having free access to a full home and cannot be locked up in my room all the time. I am stably employed and work as a dental assistant in an office in Poway. My budget is >=$1000/mo +utilities. I would need my own room & preferably bathroom as well (shared with a CLEAN person is fine) and full access to a kitchen. I eat a plant based diet & cook 90% of my own food so that is also a non negotiable. I have most of my own furnishings except large common area furniture (I.e. living room or large appliances) I also would need adequate & accessible parking for my car. I smoke weed on a daily basis to manage anxiety & insomnia but never indoors. I am an extremely neat and clean person and absolutely cannot live in a situation that would not be compatible with that. I am quiet and respectful of shared & personal spaces & I require the same in return. Prior to moving in, I would also request a mutually agreed upon written set of house rules/expectations/shared responsibilities of all parties involved for clear communication & a harmonious relationship.
