Hello! My name is Heath and I am a registered nurse looking for a roommate in the NYC area. I am a 40yo male with a small(24lbs) well trained dog. I am quiet, clean, considerate, and LGBT(all folks) friendly. I love to travel and go camping upstate on the regular. I could move in Sept 1st. I am looking to share common areas. I would love a private yard, balcony, or something close to a park. I do have furniture I would like to bring, so if you don’t have room for extra furniture I could just stay a few months until I can find a place of my own. If you do have room for furniture and we vibe well, I could stay as long is works out. I would also be open to finding a place together. I love animals and don’t mind helping out with your pet on my days off. I like to keep a clean house, so ideally we could share the cost of a bi-weekly maid service. I am looking for a non cigarette smoker, but don’t mind marijuana as long as it is smoked outside. My ideal areas would be Astoria, Ditmars, West Village, Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen, East Harlem, Upper East Side, East Village, but open to other areas of Manhattan. I don’t know Brooklyn very well, but would be open to something convenient to the city. I would not want to keep my dog locked up, so would need someone cool with having pets in the common areas.
