Hello, I am a business owner looking for a roommate during my time saving up for a house. I have never been arrested nor involved in any criminal activities. I never had any problems with my previous roommates as in, getting in verbal or physical fights, theft, or damaging property.

I am very lax and tend to be very quiet but I occasionally head out for social nights when im not busy.
